GENERAL INFORMATION

It's against the law to: transport prohibited drugs in the bus, smoke in a motor coach or smoke in any of Tornado Bus Company's facility. Transport any sharp objects, guns/firearms, explosive, flammable materials, disabling chemicals & other dangerous items. Carrier will be responsible only for transportation on its own lines in accordance with tariff regulations & limitations, and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omission of other occurring within or outside of the United States.

TICKET INFORMATION

The company is not responsible for any lost ticket. Passenger must present original ticket when boarding the bus. Passenger is to only board the bus based on the information stated on the ticket.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE

A 20% cancellation fee applies to all tickets. Partially used round trip tickets may be submitted for refund when either the going or return portion is completely unused.

• All tickets are valid for 90 days when the passenger cancels a trip in less than 2 hours before the schedule trip. Passenger will be considered a "no show", if the passenger fails to appear at the Terminal or pick up location within 5 minutes of departure. The ticket will be considered VOID.

• Tickets may be exchanged for a different travel date or time up to 3 times. First and Second time requires no fee, Third change is final with a $5.00 fee.

• Fares are subject to change at any time without notifications

BAGGAGE INDENTIFICATION

Government Regulations and Carrier's Tariffs require that all Baggage must be properly identified. Baggage I.D. Tags should clearly show the name and address to which lost baggage should be forwarded. Free Baggage I.D Tags are available at all Tickets Windows and Baggage Counters. Additionally, the passenger's name address must be on the inside of all baggage. We are not responsible for baggage detained by US or Mexican Customs. Neither assumes or accepts any liability for lost, damaged, breakage, and /or deterioration of any articles paraphernalia that is being transported.

Las leyes federales de los EEUU prohíben transportar drogas prohibidas en cualquier parte del autobús, fumar dentro del autobús fumar en cualquier punto de las terminales, transportar líquidos inflamables y corrosivos, fuegos artificiales , materiales inflamables, ácidos, baterías con ácidos líquidos, explosivos materiales radiactivos, cilindros con gases comprimidos, recipientes de combustibles llenos o vacíos. La Transportadora que lo extiende será responsable solamente de la transportación en sus líneas. En conformidad con las regulaciones y limitaciones de las tarifas. Y no asume ninguna responsabilidad por actos u omisiones de otros que ocurran fuera de los estados unidos, excepto lo que orden a la ley con respecto a equipajes. La distribución de asientos en vehículos operadores o comercio extranjero o interestatal se realiza sin importar raza, color, credo u origen nacional.

INFORMACION DE BOLETOS

No Habrá devoluciones de dinero por causa de extravió del boleto de viaje. El pasajero solo podrá abordar al autobús con el boleto original de viaje. No esta permitido que el pasajero aborde y desembarque en sitios no indicados en su boleto de viaje. Los boletos son validos por 90 días siempre y cuando el pasajero cancele el viaje 2 horas antes de la salida. El pasajero podría utilizar el valor del boleto para futuros viajes. Se aplicaran cargos adicionales. Si el pasajero no se presenta en la terminal o en el lugar de abordo 5 minutos antes de la salida, el boleto se considera NULO o EXPIRADO sin derecho a devolución o intercambio.
